Once I receive your inquiry form, I'll reach out to you by email and schedule a call to discuss your project details in greater depth and address any questions you may have.
If our collaboration seems promising, we'll arrange a date for my complimentary initial site visit. This is where we'll meet in person at the project location, discuss your vision, budget, timeline, and expected level of involvement. This will allow me to fully understand the required services and put together a comprehensive proposal for your consideration.
The proposal will provide a detailed overview of the scope, deliverables, approximate timeline, and fees + payment structure. If you decide to proceed, I'll inform you of the start date and send an invoice for the retainer fee to secure your spot on my calendar.
