Clients who own a property which needs a full revamp, or own an Airbnb and want their property to stand out in a competitive market.

What’s Included

This service is for projects which do not require permits and architectural works -additions and demolitions. It may include some internal gypsum work and change of flooring or kitchen and bathroom revamp, but essentially this is a cosmetic make-over which covers selection and sourcing of furniture and decor, wall colour and finishes, improving lighting, replacing certain existing elements to elevate the overall design, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, arranging logistics and styling installation.

If needed, we'll include the procurement of all of the finer details as bed and bathroom accessories, kitchenware and appliances, so the place is ready to move-into. Additionally, for commercial and rental properties, we coordinate branding graphics, landscaping and photography to make it a truly curated package.

Fee proposal and timing on a per-project basis divided in lump-sum fee for design & sourcing and an hourly or monthly fee for site coordination and installation phases.
